By using our services we grant to you a limited non-exclusive license to use our app.
As explained in our Privacy Policy, AwareGO ehf is the data controller, and our main establishment (and place of central administration) for data processing purposes is Iceland, and the lead supervisory authority is the Icelandic Data Protection Authority – Persónuvernd.
AwareGO is subject to the requirements of the Icelandic Act on the Protection of Privacy and Processing of Personal Data No. 90/2018, as may be amended, which implements the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation”.
Our serviced are delivered digitally through Apple App Store and complies to the rules of the Apple App Store. For risk/loss prevention purposes delivery may be delayed for 48 hours.
There are two free subjects available in the app. To see all subject you will need to subscribe. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription is valid for 12 months from purchase date. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Cost of renewal will be the same price as previous subscription unless a price change has been planned on the App store. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
