Are You GDPR Compliant?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) took effect in Europe in May 2018. Any organisation operating in, or doing business within, the EU must comply with these regulations, no matter where in the world they are located.
In order to comply, certain organisations must assign a dedicated Data Protection Officer (DPO) to handle their data security affairs. On the right, you can see explanations for the DPO role, as explained in article 39 of the GDPR.
